Last week Azerbaijan hosted the next grand, international forum. By tradition, the Forum was held in the capital for the third time. Bringing representatives from different states and organizations together, the Forum is of special importance for an organizational initiative and necessity of the problems discussed. The Forum’s agenda is getting more diverse and interesting. Its uniting character, common efforts of participants to deepen a mutual fruitful cooperation in the spheres of science, education, culture and art do not change.

By hosting the Forum, Azerbaijan once more demonstrated its special attitude to humanitarian issues, along with political, economic and energy affairs. The Forum emphasized the necessity of the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, releasing refugees of this status and their return to native lands. Demonstrating the model of tolerance, which can be an example to many states, Azerbaijan proved its correct and exact national policy. Hosting the Forum for the third time, Azerbaijan gains an opportunity to show its yearly raising economic development, social prosperity and renewing state. Participants of the Forum confirm dynamic development of Azerbaijan, stress the preference of the Azerbaijan model of development. Organization of the Forum successfully justifies Azerbaijan’s image of intellectual state.

The Baku Humanitarian Forum has for very short time been changed into one of the necessary spaces where the most important problems of the global development are discussed. The 3rd Baku International Humanitarian Forum, attended by leaders, politicians and scientists from different spheres, tried to make contribution to human rights protection, international humanitarian cooperation. The key objective of the Baku Forum is to achieve a world based on international law. Thus, Azerbaijan obtains an opportunity to once more confirm its humanist position, exhibit a peace-loving policy and suggest to the world experience its policy aiming at the development of human factor.
