Correctly directing the youth, which is a big creative force, ensures the future of statehood. The level of development of the young generation indicates the progress of socioeconomic, moral-cultural and political life of a state or society. Care and attention to youth is the sign of logical and pragmatic development of state. In this respect, our modern, young republic takes care to comprehensively assess the activities of youth, which is a safe column for the development of state, change them into a key factor.

The youth policy pursued by our state has played an important role in the formation of Azerbaijani youth as a modern, developed leading force with a high intellect. Growing in a healthy and patriotic spirit, Azerbaijani youth play a significant role in the safeguarding of national and moral values, realization of scientific, intellectual potential. Youth are represented today in governmental institutions, formed as a unified force guarding the independence. As an active social layer, Azerbaijani youth are closely involved in democratization, get achievements in such spheres as culture, art, economy, make worthy contributions to the reinforcement of state. 

There is an axiom that every society educates youth in the spirit of its own culture. Culture of Azerbaijani society, which possesses ancient statehood traditions, features tolerance, peacefulness, bellicosity, devotion to national spirit, love for motherland. These qualities should be embodied in our youth that is considered a “mirror” of Azerbaijani society. Azerbaijani youth should be a sample with its activity for the sake of statehood, contribute to the brighter development of Azerbaijan, grow up in the fighting spirit. This process will not take place with a union, desire of a few young persons. It requires a joint, organized work of youth. And this union will ensure the recognition of Azerbaijani youth as a modern, developed leading force with a high intellect in the globe.
