Azerbaijani MP, rector of the Azerbaijan Cooperation University Professor Eldar Guliyev was awarded European Service Order by the International Awards Committee of United Nations Council for Public Awards (UNCOPA).

According to the Switzerland representation of UNCOPA, Mr. Guliyev was awarded for his services in scientific and educational spheres.
