Heydar Aliyev Foundation to pay for treatment of Zaur Rashidov at initiative of Azerbaijan’s First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation has taken up all treatment expenses of Zaur Rashidov, who is in need of urgent operation, at the initiative of Azerbaijan’s First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva.
Zaur Rashidov,30, is diagnosed with osteoblastoma.
