“Azerbaijan is fully ready for the elections,” chairman of Azerbaijan`s Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov has told Russian TASS news agency.

Panahov noted that observers are satisfied with the level of preparations. “We expect objective assessment from observers. We received 99 complaints during the electoral campaign and we investigate all of them.”
