Buses, trams and trolleybuses are moving with "Justice for Khojaly" slogans in Milan

15,000 booklets on Khojaly genocide have been distributed among the residents of the city

Series of events on the 23rd anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy are being conducted in Milan, Italy with the support of the Council on State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the auspices of the President of Azerbaijan.

APA Holding’s correspondent reports from Milan that 166 buses, trams and trolleybuses have been moving with "Justice for Khojaly" slogans on them in urban lines for 3 days.

Trajectory of these lines covers all the residential areas of the city. As well as, 6 buses are on circular routes within a day. According to the contract, signed with the City’s Department of Transportation, theses vehicles will move with the stickers and banners for 2 weeks.

Moreover, information booklets about the Khojaly genocide have been given out among the city residents for more than a week. 15,000 copies of booklets have been given out in most theaters and cultural centers, in crowded areas and public transports. The campaign will continue until February 24.

On February 24, the first public performance of the play “Red Angel in Khojaly” devoted to the Khojaly tragedy will be staged at Teatro Filodramattici theatre in Milan with the support of the Council on State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the auspices of the President of Azerbaijan and before the performance, an exhibition devoted to Khojaly tragedy will be held.
