Starting from February 21, 2015, the official rate of the euro to the manat will be €1 / 1.950 manat, up 0.30 manat or 33.8% than last year, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan said in a statement.

Since the change in exchange rate policy (when the euro exchange rate accounted to 0.8962 manat), the euro which is included in a two-currency basket strengthened 33.3% against manat. 

In general, starting from February 16 (when the dollar exchange rate made 0.7844 manat), the dollar exchange rate in Azerbaijan increased by 0.26 manat or 33.9%.
