Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued an order on establishment of AzerGold CJSC.

All shares of AzerGold CJSC are state-owned.

The CJSC studies, researches, explores, exploits and manages non-ferrous metal ore fields, applies new technologies in this sphere, modernizes material-technical base, provides usage of it and carries out other related works.
