President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Russia’s Astrakhan on a working visit that will see him attend the 4th summit of heads of state of the Caspian littoral states.

At the International Airport of Astrakhan, President Aliyev was welcomed by high-ranking state and government officials.
